Carta Inc. originally from Rome, Italy, is a design studio specializing in custom made stationery, invitations, hand-bound and limited edition books.
The cotton ribbon line is directly imported from Italy and Carta Inc., is the exclusive importer and the only U.S. source for these high-quality ribbons.

In 1998, Angela Liguori co-founded Edizioni Almenodue (Press of at Least Two) with Rome-based graphic designer Silvana Amato. Under this imprint, Angela and Silvana have collaborated with illustrators, calligraphers, and type designers to produce a line of award-winning, limited-edition books and calendars. Although Angela and Silvana now live and work on different continents, their partnership flourishes from a shared aesthetic they first recognized as childhood friends growing up in the same apartment building in Rome.
The limited-edition books and calendars by Edizioni Almenodue can be found in the special collections of libraries and universities throughout the United States and Europe, as well as in private collections.
