Parcels will ship between 1 to 5 business days from placing the order. Method of shipping will be USPS first class or priority mail, unless otherwise requested. Shipping confirmation will be notify via email. For time sensitive orders, expedited shipping is available at additional cost. Please be advised that international orders are send via US air mail, postal service, with no tracking number available. Taxes and custom fees may apply at the time of delivery. Carta, Inc. is not responsible for these charges. Please let us know if you prefer any different arrangements.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or regular account payments all through PayPal. The shop uses PayPal payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol.
Requests for returns and exchanges must be submitted by phone or email within one week of delivery. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A refund will be issued after we have received the merchandise. Shipping costs are not refunded.
We do not share or sell your information to any third party and the information collected is solely used for necessary contact purposes.
